The 012 Iso Lateral Low Row trains the upper back, rear shoulder, neck and mid back through a movement pattern designed to reduce load on the shoulder joint. Independent arms mean each side is worked evenly.
It is a comfortable machine to use for long sets, which is why it earns its place in commercial rooms and PT studios alike.
