The Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Front Lat Pulldown gives each arm its own arc converging and diverging through the pull the way a real pulldown wants to travel, instead of locking the shoulders into a fixed vertical track. Independent arms make single arm and alternating work possible and bring side to side imbalances into the open. Starting resistance is just 1 lb, so the machine works for a member adding a single 5 kg plate and equally for someone loading five 45s a side. Six integrated storage rods keep the plates at hand.
