Hammer Strength V-Squat

The Hammer Strength V Squat runs the lifter through a squat pattern on a guided V shaped path, loading the quads and glutes heavily while the frame handles the balance and the spine stays supported. It is the machine that lets a member train a squat pattern to genuine failure without a rack, a spotter or the technical risk of a loaded barbell which makes it one of the most valuable pieces you can put in a gym with a mixed membership. Six 45 lb plates per rod covers the heaviest lifters, and four storage horns keep the floor clear.
