SportsArt DF104 Pec Fly / Rear Delt

The SportsArt DF104 is a push pull dual function machine that covers both the pec fly and the rear delt from one seat the chest and the muscle group most gym floors neglect. Changeover between the two movements is quick, letting members work opposing sides of the shoulder girdle in a single station. The design targets the pectorals through a true adduction arc and the posterior deltoid and rhomboids on the reverse path, making it valuable for posture work as well as hypertrophy. Its narrow footprint makes it one of the easier full size selectorised machines to fit into a tight floor plan.
