The 011 Iso Lateral Pulldown drives a pulldown movement through independent arms, so each side works on its own and neither can carry the other. It loads the latissimus dorsi through a full range and brings in the biceps, rear delts, rhomboids and traps.
Plates load directly onto the arms, so resistance is felt exactly where it should be and there is no cable or stack to service.
