The Hammer Strength MTS Shoulder Press is the premium selectorised overhead press  two separate stacks giving each arm independent diverging and converging motion, so the pressing path follows the shoulder rather than fighting it. The exercise arms are counterbalanced to reduce starting resistance, which matters more here than on almost any other machine: it means a member can begin overhead work at a genuinely light load. The handgrips pivot away for entry and exit, so nobody has to duck under a loaded arm to get seated.
