The SportsArt DF202 trains hip abduction and adduction from a single seat, with a fast changeover between the two movements so members can superset without moving machines. The swivel cushion design lets the thigh pads rotate with the leg rather than fight it, and multiple seating positions open up full range of motion for users of different heights. A 1:2 weight ratio keeps the physical stack and therefore the machine mass and footprint down while the felt resistance stays high.
