Life Fitness Pro 2 Seated Leg Curl

The Life Fitness Pro 2 Seated Leg Curl is built on the 2x4 inch electroweld racetrack tubing frame that made the Pro 2 line a fixture in serious commercial gyms. Every adjustment is reachable from the exercise position, so a member sets thigh pad and back pad without standing up and losing their set. The seated position keeps the hips flexed, which puts the hamstrings under load through a range the prone curl cannot reach. Bolt down capability is built in if you want it anchored on a suspended floor.
