The Star Trac HumanSport Shoulder Chest (9HS-M9204) is a dual function cable machine that covers most upper body pressing in one footprint. Two independent weight stacks drive the handles, so chest work can be done as a horizontal, incline, decline, fly or rotational press, and shoulder work as a frontal, sagittal or rotational press. The seat drops away for standing exercises, and the handles can be used one arm at a time or together.
