The SportsArt DF103 is a push pull station that covers the lat pulldown, the seated mid row and a chest press from one frame, three of the highest traffic movements in any gym condensed into a single footprint. Adjustable seat, chest and back cushions hold the user in correct posture so the pull comes from the back rather than the lower spine, and the chest pad braces the torso during rowing to keep the movement strict. At 233 kg it is a genuinely heavy commercial frame, and the smooth controlled motion holds up under all day club use.
