Life Fitness Signature Plate Loaded Front Pulldown

The Life Fitness Signature Plate Loaded Front Pulldown uses an underhand grip combined with an overhead pivot, so the arms travel through a natural arc instead of a straight vertical line   the lats stay loaded at the bottom of the pull where a cable pulldown usually gives up. Iso lateral arms move independently, letting each side develop equally and making single arm work possible. The seat and chest pad are slightly angled to brace the torso, which is what keeps the movement in the back rather than turning into a full body heave.
