Paramount FT150 Functional Training System

The Paramount FT-150 Functional Training System fits a cable crossover's worth of exercises into a compact frame. Two independent weight stacks drive swivelling cable arms that adjust through 12 vertical and 8 horizontal positions, so one person can train each arm at a different load or two people can use it at once. Paramount's instruction label shows 15 primary exercises.
